The projects at ALTEN are short to medium term (1 -2 years on average). This means your project manager might change when you finish one project and move to the next. To offer consistency in the way your career is managed, every consultant has a permanent career manager. Together with him or her you will define your career wishes and goals, and the way to reach them. This will happen through regular project reviews at our client’s premises as well as personal development follow-ups.
To support our consultants in their personal development, we also have an internal department called ALTEN Management Services (AMS). Their aim is to help newcomers integrate in the company by providing functional or technical training, coaching and workshops and by organizing company and team events.
