My mission is to optimize and create synergies between the different entities working at the same client. Matthieu "I joined Alten in March 2005 as a consultant after having spent 3.5 years in the Telecom sector. Starting as an Analyst/Developer, I worked closely with my Alten manager to create a development pool at the customer site. I became the team leader and established a specific structure, quality standards and new processes. Over the years, the team's role and responsibilities have increased thanks to the customer's confidence. I am now in charge of all consultants on-site and serve as the single point of contact between Alten and the client. Besides this, I am working as Lead Consultant on new opportunities and commercial aspects along with my Alten manager.
