You will be in charge of the following tasks : - Support 1st line helpdesk Support coordination Process optimisation - Office User support IT Office support (setting up of new machines) Office tools (Outlook …) Setting up of new printers, faxes and phones - Project Depending on workload for support tasks, you may also take part in projects linked to system & infrastructure
Your Profile: You have an engineering degree (Master, Civil/Industrial Engineer) in Computer Sciences You have a 1st experience in IT support You are familiar with Microsoft and OpenSource (Linux) environments You are result-driven and a team player
