To reinforce our consultant team we are looking to hire a new.

Within our Facility Management competence centre, we recruit HVAC Engineers. Projects are varied and could reach key responsibilities depending on your experience and your motivation.

Responsabilities:

-         Preparing the Technical Installations (TI) analysis

-         Organizing the project with the Research Department team

-         Coordinating the project follow-up

-         Managing the HVAC activities during the implementation

-         Carrying out the TI file during the activities

Required skills:

-          Strong knowhow with Technical Installations

-          You have an experience in HVAC projects

-          An experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnological sectors is a plus

-          Excellent command with AutoCad

Required profile:

-          Engineering Degree in Technical Installations or Facility Management

-          You are fluent in English and Dutch or French

-          You have 5 years experience in applicable field

-          You are a good listener, communicator and convincing

-          You feel good with proactivity
