KEY positioning

 

-       You will be considered as key player in our Recruitment Team.

-       Actually consisting of 6 Recruitment Officers, we are needing experienced recruitment officer to optimize the sourcing strategy and process to match candidates with current active demands

-       You will report to the manager in charge of our International Development Department.

-       Operationally, you will closed work with the manager responsible of the Business Managers team.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Being in support of the business, you will

-       Provide suitable profile to our business managers

-       Source candidates using various channels: jobboard, job ads, networking, jobfairs. 

-       Be in charge of pre-screening and screening the Cvs regarding our business positioning

-       Plan interviews for business managers and following up the recruitment process.

-       Optimize the current sourcing strategy

-       Enhance the mapping processes between candidates and current open position

-       Bring weekly and monthly recruiting reporting to the Management and deliver pro-active recommendations in order to optimize the process and reduce the recruitment lead time.

-       Initiate and/or participate in HR-projects

-       Play a key role in transversal projects like soft HR (integration meeting, welcome event, exit interview, …).

 

Required skills :

-       Bachelor or a Master in HR

-       Young graduate or you have a first experience in recruitment (max 5 years) 

-       Experience in consulting professional services is an asset

-       Strategically thinking and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills

 

Required profile:

-       You are open-minded and your relational easiness as well as your tenacity will be real assets for this position.

-       You are autonomous and demanding with yourself, you feel the need to set yourself targets. 

-       You speak Dutch and English, French is an asset

-       You are able to build relationships and gain credibility at every level of the organization.

-       You are assertive and diplomatic personality and like to act pro-actively and have the ability to work in a changing environment.
