Our approach
Our approach is based on the following elements:
- A qualitative process with a constant improvement - Control at each step of the project - Internal support provided to the consultants on client’s projects (senior consultants…) - Use of best practices methodologies (Agile, Prince 2, PMI…) - Constant technological and methodological watch - Knowledge management that allows us to capitalize the know how
Our projects
We define following steps in the project lifecycle:
Project Definition: Presentation of the project & definition of ALTEN Belgium’s role (in/out scope, responsibilities…)
Technical proposal: Proposal regarding methodology, calendar and technological options; appraisal of the schedule
Project Kick off: Introduction of the team, the methodology, the calendar and the organization; setting of the first objectives
Project Realization: Realization of the project by the team; control the progress to achieve objectives (Reporting, KPI…)
Project Revision: Assessment of the objectives set at the previous meeting; analysis of the issues dealt with during the period; submission of a project progress report; definition of the following objectives
Project Validation: Acceptance with the clients
End of project: Submission of the project report, the final recommendations and explanation of the implemented solutions; Knowledge transfer to the client
Support & training : Post production support; training of the client users
