Responsabilities:

-      Incident & problem management: resolve network & network security issues, propose & implement solutions, apply escalation processes to next level management, etc.)

-      Ability to configure, implement or do some changes on firewalls (Checkpoint / Juniper / Fortigate)

-      Service request fulfillment: installation of new services, deployment of standard services regarding WAN, LAN, WLAN, Firewalls, Proxies…

-      Daily management tasks: monitoring of the customer network environment, completion of reoccurring tasks within the network & network security services…

Required skills:

-      Experience with CISCO infrastructure equipmet (Routing, Switching, Monitoring)

-      Knowledge of TCP/IP, scripting, backup strategies

-      Experience with firewalls (Checkpoint / Juniper / Fortigate/ PIX-ASA), VPN, WAN implementations & protocols, communication topologies & Bluecoat

-      Cisco CCNA/  CCNP/ CCDP/ CCSP Certifications are an asset

-      2-5 years practical experience in a similar function

-      Rigorous and ambitious

Required Profile:

-       French or Dutch speaker you have an excellent English

-       High level of integrity and maturity

-       Operational and proactive skills with process-oriented mentality

-       You are a good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active

-       You are autonomous, you can manage your own priorities but you are also a team player

-       You feel good with initiative and motivation to reach planned & ambitious goals
