Context

 

The project aim is to help the customer define the architectural patterns and development standards that are the technical premises of Enterprise Architecture to ensure the continuity of the information systems and to improve the quality of the delivered applications.

The following tasks were performed:

  • Integration of standards definition.
  • Validation of the projects’ technical architecture.
  • Definition of the Applications’ design patterns.
  • Definition of Development Best Practices.
  • Set up of communication channels between several technology-specific competence centres to increase the interoperability between those technologies.
  • Cross-technological alignment and sharing of experience.
  • Support project teams by increasing interaction and communication with competence centres.
