Context

According to European legislation, public railway companies have to provide help to disabled people when they take the train.

Disabled people require special support in terms of human resources and logistics.

The system is designed so that a reservation request can be made directly by the disabled person, via internet or by calling the railway’s call center.

The system automatically informs the departments and stations in question and allows the reservation request to be managed.
