Context

 

 

Our client won the contract with a government institution. The contract aims to provide the WAN connection (Internet and telephone) for 140 embassies around the world and diplomatic consular within Brussels.

The planned solution includes the installation of the land lines and satellite lines, integrating them into the client’s Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) network, including high bandwidth, failover, redundancy and availability guarantees.

 

Technical solution contains routers, switches, IP encrypters, firewalls, console control equipment and bandwidth optimization.

  • Managing the solution implementation and ensuring all technical deliverables are aligned with the implementation plan.
  • Follow-up and communication about status, progress, issues and action plans to stakeholders (PM, Customer, CSM, Account Team, etc.)
  • Work in line with the PM team, Architect, Customer and sales teams to validate the implementation schedule.
  • Managing the technical solutions.
