Tasks

6 months non permanent contract with permanent contract possibility

  • Oversees training programs & trainers planning
  • Determines training needs and requirements by meeting with managers
  • Reviews existing training materials to determine appropriateness and relevance with the help of the Technical Department
  • Modifies or creates course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs with the help of the Technical Department
  • Schedules training sessions, organizes information technology and other equipment, and manages course enrolment
  • Monitors training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary
  • Works with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments
  • Manages costs for all programs, productions, and publications regarding a return on investment
  • Maintains understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods
  • Management, Administrative & Operational coordination of the ALTEN BELGIUM MASTER CLASSES 

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor in Administrative or Office Management
  • Dutch & French & English Speaker
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
  • Good computer and database skills
  • Flexible & Autonomous
  • Driving license needed
