Description

Under the responsibilities of the Recruitment Manager, you are responsible for the Engineering recruitment activities. You are a true support on the whole process of recruitment of our future engineers, you oversee several missions within ALTEN BELGIUM.

  • Recruitment: With the Business Managers you will define and then write the job offers to be posted on the right support. The identification of candidates via job-boards, social networks and other means of recruitment is a crucial step within the process to make sure we get the best candidates.  The first contact with the candidate is key with the phone identification and pre-qualification of candidates. Then you will follow all the recruitment process and the candidates from scheduling of interviews with Business Managers until the signature. You will participate actively to the operational weekly meetings

  •  Leading a team of 3 recruiters via weekly animation of the activity depending of the needs. In addition to the training & coaching activities we expect accurate weekly and monthly recruiting reporting to the management and then to deliver pro-active recommendations to optimize the process and reduce the recruitment lead time.

  •   In the context of internal / external communication, you will support animation and development of school relations; you will attend the school’s job fairs / recruitment fairs and organize recruitment events

 

Requirements

Your profile

Bachelor or Master Business or Human Resources, you benefit from a first significant experience in recruitment. You have the passion of recruitment and have a perfect command of sourcing tools like hunting, job boards, social networks ...

 

Skills

You are organized, pro-active and diplomatic to better develop your relationship with the operational staff. You are force of proposal and especially organized to be able to prioritize the internal requests. You are comfortable with Excel
