Objectives of the job

  • Drive the service lifecycle of the Front Office applications (3) in International perimeter
    • DESIGN jointly with Group IS team (domain manager, architects) the new solutions
    • BUILD & DEPLOY of new solution(s) with external partners and internal ALTEN teams (for integration)
    • RUN of the solutions with external partners and internal ALTEN teams
  • Drive project “end to end” (planning, governance, relationship to business sponsor and stakeholders).
  • Contribute to the development of project management methodology and governance in International 1 IT/IS team in alignement with the Group IT PMO framework
  • Take technical ownership of the Front Office applications

Coordinate and follow-up implementation of required business process enhancements (through projects and/or change management) with Application business owners and external partners


Performance Measurement

  • Project performance (Time, Budget, Quality)
  • Service performance related to the 3 applications (operation KPIs to be defined such as availability, associated support, etc.)


  • Financial management of Front Office services, including contracting/billing/follow-up with external partners
  • Vendor management in his area of responsibilities

  • Take full technical responsibility for Front Office applications
  • Ensure proper integration with other IS domains (such as Back Office / ERP) and IT core components (such as user directories, etc.)
  • Drive roll-outs of new FO application. Identify and plan necessary change management activities to implement approved new services or processes. Jointly with application business owners and key users support a smooth integration of new services into country organization.
  • Recognize opportunities for improvements and innovation across Front Office landscape and show ability to take action and exploit such opportunities (in alignement with Group IT/IS team)
  • Actively contribute to the annual planning and budgetary process for his area of responsibility


  • University degree, preferably in Informatics.
  • 6 to 10 years in IT application project management with strong track record of project implementation. Preferably about sourcing (recruitment, skills management), project management (including project offering/sales aspects)
  • Experience in leading technical architecture (ability to challenge technical design and proposal)
  • Cooperative management style (coordination of multiple internal and external actors)
  • Ability to plan and drive a project end to end through a PMO governance model (ex. Phase/gate model)
  • Qualified with standard project management methods (PMI, SCRUMs). Certifications are a strong plus.
  • Experience in IT and/or Engineering services sector is a strong plus
  • Strong presence with ability to represent a position with senior leaderhip
