We are looking for an IT Business Analyst, who will be responsible for several challenging projects in for example the automotive or financial or energy sector. You will oversee a team and manage the success of your projects.

As a Business analyst, you will bring your professional background to improve the existing process of our customers. You will use your knowledge in BPMN, UML, workflow diagram and class diagram in your daily work. You will support our customers in translating operational objectives into IT requirements. You will communicate and follow up all the IT Process and be the link between the development team and the business side. Going from the business requirements until the user stories in an Agile environment. Finally, you will be able have a risk assessment approach.

You have a completed master’s degree in Computer Sciences, or in Business with a strong experience (at least 5 Years) as a Business Analyst in an IT environment. BPMN, UML, class diagram doesn’t have any secret for you anymore. You are familiar with the AGILE methodology and you know how to write requirements and adapt them into functionalities. Being a developer before could be a plus because it will allow you to be operational quicker.
You have good communication and social skills and you are known to be a good mediator. Within a variety of projects, your expertise makes all the difference and specially in time management. You like to keep learning and help your colleagues. You look beyond your own work and are always there for your team.
For this project it is mandatory to be native French or Dutch.
Also, you will be in contact with colleagues from all over the world, so it is important to be able to work professionally in English.
