To support the fast grow of our company we are looking for an additional INTERNATIONAL JUNIOR RECRUITER/HEADHUNTER to join our international team.
As a member of the international division of ALTEN you would be in charge of two main activities:
RECRUITMENT (Business Managers & Internal Staff) :
- Research for candidates with high potential
- Sourcing (job boards, LinkedIn recruiter)
- Screening (phone pre-qualifications and interviews)
- Selecting (do interviews and assessment, coordination for interviews with Directors…)
- Communication for recruitment activities
- Preparing customized job descriptions (sector, level of responsibility…)
- Publishing on social media and recruitment platforms…
- Supporting the organization of recruitment events
- Organization of events linked to internal evolution
INTERNAL DEVELOPMENT :
- Planning of trainings for Belgian new managers with the international team
- Optimizing recruitment processes with the local and international team
- Managing the integration and onboarding of Business Managers
· You are fluent in English, German/Dutch are an asset
· You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Management, HR or Psychology
· 0 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
· Good listener and communicator, service-oriented and pro-active
· Autonomous personality who can manage his/her own priorities
· Good with initiative and motivation to reach planned & ambitious goals
