We are looking for motivated Project Managers to join our team of talented consultants working on challenging projects. As an ALTEN consultant, you will have the opportunity to be part of the following activities:

  • Propose and promote product through planning phase to development and production preparation stages
  • Assess customer expectation based on existing product and translate customer expectation into product offer
  • Manage product and strategies through the life cycle of the product
  • Create product strategy in line with customer’s and end user expectations
  • Propose cost-effective product production alternatives in term of price and investment
  • Facilitate and manage across functional teams
  • Responsible for product development master schedule
  • Manage and report product KPI at different phases of product development
  • Instruct the work details and schedules to related function in company
  • Product development contract creation with customer
  • Control and support suppliers to meet development milestones
  • Take proactive action for quality improvement during development & mass production phases
  • Implement cost reduction and performance improvement possibilities
  • Master’s degree in engineering or business
  • +2 years demonstrated ability in handling multidisciplinary projects
  • Ability to lead projects from pre-design phase to product end-of-life, which includes industrial design, mechanical and electronics aspects.
  • You are eager to learn and have an entrepreneurial mindset / can-do attitude
  • You like challenges and get energy from taking away roadblock. The impossible task is what gets you through the day.
  • Leadership and communication skills, able to influence on different levels. This allows you to make good and effective decisions.
  • An independent, mature, and positive attitude, not willing to give up in case of resistance.
  • Proven track record of working in a dynamic cross functional team.
  • Well organised and flexible in a changing work environment.
  • Certification in Agile, PMP or Prince 2 is a plus
