IT Functional Analyst

The Position 
As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for an IT Functional Analyst to join our teams and work on client projects located in Brussels. 

As a Functional Analyst your main responsibilities will include: 

• Contribute to the optimization of our client
• Support the client in the digitalization process
• As the contact person between the business and the IT department, you analyze the current situation in order to write efficient requirements
• Do data modeling and define functional specifications as well as requirement specification will be part of your daily tasks using BPMN, UML and Class Diagrams
• Ensure the analysis and the business process modeling by coordinating the development process and ensuring the functional testing of the application
• Be responsible for the deliverables and the planning of a small team of analysts and quality assurance

You profile

• You have a completed Masters or Bachelors degree in the IT field
• You have at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Functional Analyst
• You are fluent in English and Dutch and French
• You have experience in a challenging Agile / Scrum environment
• You have good knowledge and experience with Data modulization, BPMN, and UML
• You have excellent time-organization skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks
• You have a good team spirit, you are a good listener, a team player
• You are a great negotiator, your communication, convincing and persuasive skills are some of your strengths
• Proactivity and strong interpersonal skills are a part of your personality
• You look beyond your own work and are always there for your team
