The Position
As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our teams and work on client projects located in Brussels.
As a Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:
- Focusing on internal users’ and clients’ satisfaction by making sure their needs are well understood and the developed solution is in line with the project’s objectives and the overall infrastructure
- Playing the role of interface between the business parties and the technical team so to translate business requirements into detailed business specifications for IT or vice versa
- Analyzing needs
- Writing of the functional specifications and business requirements
- Helping company to support their business strategy
- Defining and re-engineering of business processes
- Modeling Workflows
Your Profile:
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst
- You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or IT
- You are fluent in English and French and Dutch
- You have good knowledge of Ms Office, BPMN, UML and SQL
- You have good knowledge of project methodologies such as Prince2
- Experience or knowledge in Business Analysis in IT projects is a strong asset
- You have a good analytical skill, eye for detail and communication skills (oral and written)
- You are service oriented and customer focused
- You are an excellent problem-solving skill
