Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Life Sciences

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our Life Sciences division in Belgium, based in Brussels.

Main responsibilities

Team Management (20%)

  • Managing a team of 2-4 Talent Acquisition Partners, based in Brussels
  • Following the KPIs from your team
  • Recruitment interviews for new TAPs + onboarding

Coordination with Business teams (20%)

  • Following and supporting the recruitment activities of the different local Life Sciences entities, i.e. following up on Direct Hiring Processes
  • Participate in daily sales meetings with the business and recruitment team
  • Collecting & dispatching needs on weekly basis with your team
  • Managing Unatrix, i.e. reminding Business about Evaluation & Status of interviews
  • Monitoring job offers on different sources
  • Managing applications
  • Campus Recruitment (Identifying & Preparing Events)
  • Managing & Follow-up on all referrals
  • Bringing weekly and monthly recruiting reports to your manager
  • Editing VIE proposals
  • Cooperating with local communication’s team (i.e. newcomers’ mailing list, LinkedIn post etc.)

Talent Acquisition (60%)

  • Finding the right candidates in cooperation with the business managers (both direct and project hiring)
  • Understanding the profile of the engineer to be hired in accordance with our client’s requirements
  • Headhunting and mapping processes between candidates and current open positions
  • Strategic and operational responsibility for the recruiting process, active sourcing, candidate pipeline
  • Following up on the recruitment process: first contact with candidates worldwide, explain both project and position, discuss availabilities and interest
  • Progressively building your own network of experts
  • Planning interviews with business managers and following these up
  • Becoming a trustful and reliable partner for your business managers by providing regular feedback about your assignment to support the development of their business units
  • Drafting and posting of job ads and managing the applications we’ve received

Main requirements

  • Trilingual FR/NL/ENG: French or Dutch Mother tongue with B2/C1 CEFR level of English and Dutch or French depending on Mother tongue
  • Master in Human Resources or Business Field
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment (min. 2 years, preferably in consulting or recruitment company)
  • First experience in team management is a plus
  • Experience and knowledge in the Life Sciences market is a plus
  • Knowledge and efficient use of different sources (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • You are curious, multitask, self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Tenacity and resilience will be real assets for this position
  • Mobile in Brussels and Antwerp (position either based in Brussels + 1x/week presence in our Antwerp’s office or vice-versa)
