Near/Off Shore Development Manager


ALTEN offers a challenging, international, opportunity for a Near/Off Shore Development Manager at the ALTEN Delivery Center (ADC). , You will be responsible for pushing the Near and Off Shore ADC capabilities into the INT1 perimeter, which consists the Nordics, Benelux and South Europe. You will be proactively planning sales activities, coordinating efforts between sales and the ADCs and supporting both teams in meeting the objectives.
The International Near/Off Shore Development Manager has sound experience in sales and technical activities (with focus on Engineering and IT), with a strong focus and understanding of service capability, the sales process, delivery and quality.
This position requires strong leadership, autonomy and communication skills, to succeed in working with international management, technical team members and business contacts allover Europe.




 Define a long-term roadmap while identifying key opportunities with current sales teams.
 Build strategic relationships with internal providers (ADCs), working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
 Demonstrate deep domain expertise in Near/Off Shoring activities (mainly Engineering, but also IT) and provide consulting on best practices and emerging trends.
 Presales and bid management.
 Define KPIs, monitor the delivery of the projects, communicate projects status (supporting the teams).
 Ensure that business and customer interests are represented.
 Consultation as ’trusted expert advisor’ role in Near/Off Shore area, to both internal and external stakeholders, including formal advice and Executive customer presentations
 Geographic area: BeNeLux + Sweden + Finland + Switzerland + Denmark
 Location: Paris or Brussels




 Strong analytical skills, able to translate near/off shore business needs to organizational and technical solutions.
 Strong technical and non-technical communication and proven leadership skills
 Effectively builds & delivers presentations to all levels of management
 Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
 Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a time critical
 Between 7 and 10 years of experience in similar role
 Language: proficiency in English
 Master degree in Industrial/Aeronautic/Naval Engineering
