- Receive, analyze and manage all the requests and incidents related to the management of the computer park and to resolve them within SLA time
- Help users with ALTEN applications (intranet, internal tools, ...)
- Install new PCs and laptops for employees or for consulting projects
- Update inventory of computer equipment and maintain sanity of the asset database
- Install and configure user software
- Provide the necessary office support (Office365, Internet Explorer, specialized software)
- Install and manage desk phones, phone book, related software rights (softphone)
- Install end user workspace (screen, keyboard, mouse, …)
- Check backups, restore files
- Coordinate and provide support for hardware (printers, breakdowns, contacts with suppliers)
- Participate in internal projects
- You speak at least FR or NL with good EN
- You have at least a successful experience in performing End User Support
- You have a background in computer science, systems and networks and / or you have a first successful experience (3 to 5 years) in the management and evolution of a computer park and software (owners and standards).
- You have your ITIL Foundation cerficate or want to pass the exam in reasonable time.
- You have knowledge in Windows (Server 2012/2016, Win10, Active Directory, Exchange, Office365)
- You have knowledge in Linux (Ubuntu, Apache, Mysql) is a plus!
- You have a good understanding of networks (tcp, dns, Cisco switches)
- You have a dynamic and proactive approach, you are devoted with good interpersonal skills
- You are teamplayer who is willing to go the extra mile.
