Energy Field Manager (FR/NL + EN)

We are looking for motivated Field Managers to join our team of talented consultants working on challenging projects. As an ALTEN consultant, you will have the opportunity to be part of the following activities: 

• Lead a team of engineers and technicians
• Define intervention procedures and launch installation, renovation and maintenance of technical equipment (LV, MV components, HVAC systems, hydro-sanitary support)
• Stakeholder management, including contract, expectations and budget management – reporting to Board members
• Daily coordination of field activities, including own team and external subcontractors
• Ensure that QHSE rules are strictly followed
• Support the design of procurement specifications, implementation & start-up of Electrical and HVAC installations
• Propose and implement solutions to increase energy efficiency of the Electrical and HVAC installation

• Master’s degree in engineering, specialized in energy, mechanics, electricity, electromechanics or equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience in field intervention in an industrial or tertiary environment
• Proven experience in preventive, corrective and/or curative maintenance and installation of electrical LV/MV and/or HVAC systems
• Working knowledge of QHSE principles (risk assessment, PPEs)
• Ability to evaluate, prioritize and organize delegated work schedules
• Good communication skills in English and French
• Good leadership, Team Player, problem solver, logical and organized
